Management of Neighborhood Participation is responsible for facilitating collaboration between local government and neighbors through the organization, supervision and promotion of activities that encourage citizen participation.
Among its functions is the coordination of spaces for dialogue and agreement between institutions and the community, the organization of elections of delegates of the district boards, and the supervision of the fulfillment of agreements.
It is also responsible for the administrative resolution of conflicts between neighbors, the recognition and registration of social organizations, and the issuance of administrative acts in its area of competence. According to the functions established in the Regulation of Organization and Functions (ROF) of the District Municipality of Stone Bridge.
The Neighborhood Participation Management seeks to promote a participatory and organized relationship between the local government and the neighbors, ensuring that their needs and proposals are heard and considered in decision-making.
