MUNICIPAL OMBUDSMAN’S OFFICE FOR CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS
The DEMUNA is a PUBLIC and FREE service specialized in children and adolescents, whose objectives are to promote and protect the rights that the legislation recognizes for children and adolescents in the district.
This service is based on a comprehensive care model that consists of acting on the causes that limit or prevent the exercise of the rights of children and adolescents.
SERVICES WE PROVIDE:
- To carry out EXTRAJUDICIAL CONCILIATIONS in matters of ALIMONY, TENANCY and VISITATION REGIME.
- To take the necessary steps to guarantee the restitution of the violated rights of children and adolescents (NNA).
- Provide guidance on parenting skills or parenting guidelines.
- Promote the recognition of extrajudicial filiation, as well as the registration of identity for children and adolescents.
- To address the problems of children and adolescents in the district in coordination with the competent institutions.
- Psychological counseling service.
- Legal advice.
WHO CAN GO TO THE DEMUNA?
Children, adolescents and/or adults. The referred information will be treated as confidential. Likewise, any person who knows of a situation or problem that violates the rights of children and adolescents can communicate it in person or by telephone.
